As more and more trafic comes from mobile, every page I design and build is always responsive. I like to start my design with the regular computer screen website and adjust it in to the mobile size by shrinking, shortenning and taking off unnessesary elements.

The desing of the landing page is always related to the banner that led to it, they have to be consistent. Just like the ad, our main gole here is the CTA and it has to be a Killer Call to Action - design and creative wize. We want to make sure that all our focus above the fold will be for the CTA.

When designing an ad its important to have one goal for the banner with a simple hierarchy of elements. A clear message - smart and creative, covered with the item branding, leading and encouraging to click.
Most of the banners I design are in the standard sizes.
